MTC offers certificate in Project Management. A one month  course which provides the students with the tools and techniques of Project Management as well as developing skills to solve related problems.

Profound understanding of  mechanics of  Project Management, its critical issues and its basic underlying relationships will be provided for the students.

The students will be able to:

• Draft an efficient plan for a project


• Schedule the project


• Analyse the results


• Perform time and cost management


• Conduct resource allocation management

In the end of one month, an Exam will be taken and a certificate of successful completion of the course will be granted.

Profound understanding of  Operations Management major topics will be facilitated through coherent and purposeful teaching enhanced by referring to daily life examples.

The students will be able to:

• .Understand and appreciate the Operations Management problems


• Solve  corresponding problems from different disciplines


• Analyse the results


• Make recommendations based on the results
